Tawdry Terrier "Moondoggie"

Tonight we're showing Tawdry Terrier "Moondoggie."  Moondoggie is a cerulean blue glass fleck nail polish with a mix of turquoise glitter.  This polish was inspired by the glints of sunlight reflecting off ocean waves.  This is 2 coats.
