Tawdry Terrier "B.A.R.K. in the USA"

Happy Flag Day!  Today we are showing a prototype polish, Tawdry Terrier "B.A.R.K. in the USA."  It is a white jelly polish with a mix of red, white, blue, and holographic glitter, including star glitter.  This polish was inspired by the American flag.  This is 2 coats.
