Tawdry Terrier "Fido's Fourth"

Today we're showing a prototype polish, Tawdry Terrier "Fido's Fourth."  It is a sky blue glass fleck polish with a mix of red, white, blue, silver, and gold glitter, including star glitter.  This is 2 coats.
