Tonight we're showing another way to wear Tawdry Terrier "Oh Howly Night" - layered over another polish.  O Howly Night is a royal blue glass fleck jelly polish with a mix of blue and gold glitter.  This polish is perfect for Hanukkah, Christmas, and any other winter occasion.  This is 1 coat of O Howly Night over China Glaze "Blue Bells Ring."
