In honor of the 9/11 victims and heroes, today we are showing a patriotic manicure.
Tawdry Terrier "Red, White, and Arooo" is a prototype polish we created. Red, White, and Arooo has red and holographic shimmer and a mix of red, white, and blue glitter, including stars. It is shown layered over Orly "Royal Navy," China Glaze "Dandy Lyin' Around," and OPI "The Color of Minnie."
