Today we are showing Tawdry Terrier "Studebarker Blue."  It is a bright azure glass fleck polish with a mix of green, turquoise and holographic shimmer.  This polish was inspired by a bright blue autumn sky.  It was created for a friend who's battling cancer.  This is 2 coats.
